Due to the countless shapes, sizes, and variabilities of holding tanks in the RV industry there will be tanks that the capacitive sensors can't support due to roto-molding variances, increased wall thickness above 3/8", salt buildup, etc. In the event your product does not show accurate readings after install please contact us directly for a no hassle refund.

The first troubleshooting step if your sensor readings are inaccurate is to empty your tank completely and press calibrate on the app. The calibrating process on an empty tank will reset your sensors.
Make sure your installation steps matched the user manual instructions.
Double check you installed the sensors in the correct order. The sensors are order dependent and must be installed in the correct order to get accurate readings. Refer to the image A on page 2 in the user manual to check you installed each sensor in the correct order.
Double check you have at least 1/4" space from the edge of the tank to the sensor.
Double check you have at least 1" inch space in between each sensor.
